How to use

  1. Import images

    Choose files, choose a folder, drag images in, or click “Paste clipboard”. You can also press Ctrl/⌘+V.

  2. Choose a split mode

    Choose free crop, split lines, uniform grid, or fixed size based on the task.

  3. Adjust split regions

    Drag crop boxes or split lines on the canvas; use the mouse wheel to zoom and hold Space to pan.

  4. Set output

    Choose PNG, JPG, or WebP, and decide whether to process the current image or all images.

  5. Generate and download

    Click “Generate slices” to review the output, then download individual images or a ZIP.

How to choose a split mode
  • Free crop:Extract multiple regions from irregular positions in one image.
  • Split lines:Cut the whole image into rectangles with horizontal and vertical lines.
  • Uniform grid:Split evenly by rows and columns, useful for nine-grid posts, sprite sheets, and asset collections.
  • Fixed size:Slice continuously by absolute sizes such as 200 × 200px.
Quality, transparency, and animation notes

PNG keeps transparency; JPG does not support transparent backgrounds; WebP can keep transparency with smaller files. GIF and some animated WebP/AVIF files are handled as the current static frame decoded by the browser canvas, so animation is not preserved.

Privacy and local processing

Image decoding, slicing, previews, and ZIP packaging are completed in the current browser. Files are not uploaded and no third-party image processing service is called. After closing the page, this tool does not save the current processing data.

Limits and browser behavior

Very large images or hundreds of slices can use significant memory. The tool limits one generation to 500 slices. ZIP files are generated in browser memory and ZIP64 files over 4GB are not supported.
