Method and printing notes
Planning references commonly use roughly one drink per drinking guest per hour as a starting point, with calculators often allowing a higher or lower pace. This tool defaults to 0.8, 1.2 and 1.6 drinks per drinking guest per hour and keeps those values editable. Default package conversions are 24 beers per case, 5 wine pours per 750 mL bottle, 16 standard 1.5 oz spirit pours per 750 mL bottle, and 6 small toast pours per sparkling bottle. Always confirm quantities, service rules and return policies with the venue, caterer or retailer, and follow local alcohol laws.

How much wedding alcohol should I buy?

Should beer, wine and spirits add up to 100%?
Yes. The three mix percentages must total 100%. You can set one category to zero when the bar will not serve it.
