Service-style presets are editable planning starting points: plated uses a 5% meal buffer and 4 appetizer pieces per guest; buffet uses 12% and 6 pieces; cocktail/stations uses 15% and 12 pieces. Confirm every quantity with your caterer because menu, duration and service change the actual need.
